Hard to believe, but all of these things are actually legal in at least one state of the country.
1. Drinking and driving
2. Driving a tank to the grocery store
As long as your tank has rubber tires and has all
the right mirrors and lights and what not, you're totally clear to
drive it anywhere you want. This might explain the Hummer.
3. Make your backyard a gun range
In Florida you can shoot small arms in your backyard, but can't shoot over a house that is occupied or on a public street.
4. Firing a missile
Once you get permission from the aeronautics
division of the Department of Commerce, you are free to fire a missile
in the state of South Carolina.
6. Owning a brown bear
Dangerous? Sure. Legal? In nine states.
8. Women walking around topless
Only three states have laws against women being
topless; Utah, Indian and Tennessee. Some other cities across the
country have passed ordinances that block toplessness, although there is
some question about their legality.
9. Riding in the back of a pickup
There are actually a lot of states where you can
ride in the back of a pickup legally (that doesn't mean it's smart...).
Those states include Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, Delaware, Idaho,
Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Minnesota, Mississippi, Montana, New
Hampshire, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Vermont, Washington,
West Virginia and Wyoming
10. Wearing a strainer as a hat in a license photo
There are four people who identify as Pastafarian
who have fought for their right to wear the colander on their head in
their driver's license picture, because it's considered a religious
garment.
11. Driving barefoot
It's actually legal to drive barefoot in all 50
states. That said, if you're in an accident while driving barefoot, and
the police determine that somehow contributed to the accident, you could
get an additional fine for negligent driving.
12. Owning a flamethrower
Only 10 states have outlawed purchasing flamethrowers.
13. Sending your dick pics to everyone
While you might end up losing some friends, there
are no laws in Georgia that say you can't send people unwanted pictures
of your dick.
14. Marrying a cousin
Specifically your first cousin. There are 11 states where you totally marry them.
16. Getting drunk with your kids
The Massachusetts State Supreme Judicial Court
ruled it's not illegal for parents to give alcohol to their own children
in their home.
17. Texting and driving
West Virginia has no laws that outlaw what many people agree is one of the most dangerous things you can do while driving.
18. Serving roadkill as a meal
Texas, California and Washington are three of the
only states that have decided you cannot collect roadkill to serve as
food. Just watch out anywhere else you go, you never know where that
food came from.
19. Recording a phone call secretly
A lot of states only require one person (aka you) to know the conversation is being recorded.
20. Cannibalism
While technically there's no specific law against
cannibalism, anyone who actually eats human flesh is probably going to
be charged with murder, desecration of corpses and necrophilia.
21. Wearing sunglasses while you drive at night
According to a spokesman for the Bellevue,
Washington police department, some states do have laws about being a
cool dude at night* but Washington state isn't one of them.
*Wearing sunglasses automatically makes you a cool dude.

22. Passing at a double yellow line
You can pass a car in front of you even if you're
at a double yellow line in Vermont, unless there's a sign that
specifically says otherwise.
23. Firing someone for being gay
There are actually still 29 states in the U.S.
where you can be fired just for being gay. There are also 34 states
where you can fire someone for being transgender.
